Children helping children - music and the performing arts initiate a healing, mutually beneficial circle where children make a positive difference in the world around them.

kids4kids World Foundation gives young people a platform  to develop their musical and theatrical talents and present them in  original public performances. The donations and proceeds from the ticket sales go to music therapy for children in need and abuse prevention programs for young people. kids4kids World Foundation initiates a circle of light and healing– the participating children enhance their musical expression, work together as a team with engagement, social awareness and common goals and share the pride that comes from knowing they are helping others their own age whose destiny has not been so kind. The children receiving the music therapy are warmed by the fact that this comes from caring children. 

Music Therapy brings new perspectives and healing to many  children who live in darkness. Sadly, the cases of child abuse and pornography through internet chats and the cases of mishandling and abuse within the family or known community, continues to increase. It becomes more and more  important to  work with children and youth on both the preventative side and to make more music therapy places possible for mishandled and abused children. In many cases, music therapy is the only way to bring the children to healing. 

kids4kids World Foundation supported the music therapy program of the Tabaluga Childrens Foundation, Germany from their sold out performances in 2005 and 2006. The 2007 sold out performances of the ‘Little Soul and the Strawberry’ were in Munich’s Gasteig. Pictures from the premiere give a first impression. With the donations and ticket sales from 2007, we added financial support to Dunkelziffer e.V. 

In 2008, kids4kids World Foundation began a new chapter with a co-production of our new piece ‘Theater: Tonight!’ with the Munich State Theater Schauburg. Performances will be December 4th through 7th, 2008.

The work of kids4kids World Foundation is supported by private donations and public performances. We are a charitable entity dedicated to helping children help children and making every child’s future brighter and more loving. Your donations are an integral part of our concept.
