Documentary

The documentary film ‘No One is Alone’ shows the circle of light, children helping children through music, ‘Performing changes’ the work of the kids4kids World Foundation.

It depicts children of  varied nationalities and social background learning singing, acting, movement and performance techniques from the founder of kids4kids World Foundation Jeralyn Talia Refeld and her team of top professionals. It shows the sold out performances where the proceeds from the ticket sales and donations help children whose lives are in darkness find healing through Music Therapy. The  beneficiary in this case is Tabaluga, a nationally known organisation which helps battered and abused children. For these children, music therapy, which has been practiced since ancient civilization, is the only way to new perspectives.
But who is Jeralyn Talia Refeld and who are the participating children? Which influential individuals have  joined the team? What effect does music have on the lives of children and young people? How is singing an expression that helps self esteem and confidence? How does Music therapy function?

The film is about the healing power of music and the inherent strength in youth to make a difference in their world with positive direction from professional adults.

The main declaration of the film is shared best through the quote of 13 year old Anne Frank which the Foundation embraced as its motto:

“How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world”.
